The third national COS National Grassroots Leadership Summit—the 2025 “Race to Freedom” in Indianapolis—has issued a call for Article V enthusiasts in all 50 states to rev their engines for an unforgettable weekend of grassroots training, inspiration, and collaboration.
Far from an ordinary conference, the Race to Freedom offers a dynamic experience. Attendees will hear from prominent conservative thought leaders, engage in essential training workshops, and connect with experts and fellow patriots nationwide. Previous summits empowered COS state and district leaders to organize grassroots more effectively, lobby strategically, and tailor state-specific plans for passing the COS Resolution, drawn from winning strategies that have already proven successful.
